TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You may pay in full at the time of booking or alternatively you can pay a deposit of the40% to hold your spot and the rest of the balance can be paid anytime up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. Until we have received your payment or the deposit we cannot confirm your booking. Your booking is not secured until you have received written confirmation from us confirming receipt of payment. Balanzen Group LLC reserves the right to cancel your booking if payment has not been received in full 1 week prior to arrival. Bookings made 15 days prior to arrival or less, must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Payments must be in US Currency. You can pay by check, wire transfer, paypal or Zelle. Our preferred method of payment is wire bank transfer.
If you decide to cancel your booking with Balanzen Group LLC, the following refund policy applies: A 30% of the total amount of the retreat will be charged and is non-refundable. Balanzen Group LLC, do not offer refunds but at our discretion we may put the balance paid towards another retreat package, event or service provided by Balanzen Group LLC
When booking with Balanzen Group LLC we recommend to get a travel insurance. Consider a travel insurance that covers lost luggage, medical costs and cancellation.
Many insurance companies include cancellation cover to protect your booking, but please check your insurance covers cancellation. Balanzen Group LLC do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, nature disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, a venue making changes to or cancelling Balanzen Group LLC booking, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel and cancellation insurance.
The B+Z Experience
Balanzen Group LLC reserves the right to change the content of the experience without notice. Even though it is unlikely that we shall have to cancel a retreat, in the event we do, Balanzen Group LLC will inform you as soon as possible and any payment made will be returned in full; or we could give you a credit towards another Balanzen Group LLC service. We do not offer refunds on cancellations due to any reason outside of our control. Balanzen Group LLC is not responsible for any consequential expenses or damages incurred as a result of any cancellation, including, but not limited to costs spent in preparation, no-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa and passport fees, lost income and any other related losses or expenses. If you arrive late or leave before the end of the retreat you are not entitled to a refund or any kind of exchange.
Balanzen Group LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage to any of your belongings while on a trip or while you are traveling to or from a Balanzen Group LLC experience. Balanzen Group LLC is not responsible for any problems you encounter while you are traveling to and from the retreat venue, including problem with flights, immigration or any other matter. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct visas, travel documentation and that you are legally able to enter the country where the retreat is taking place. All flights and flying arrangements are your responsibility. Transfers to and from the airport are organized through a local transportation company. Balanzen Group LLC accepts no responsibility for you being delayed, late for your flight, injured during your travel to or from the airport or for any other difficulty or issue that may arise during your journey to and from the airport. Any breakages or damage to any fixtures or fittings on the hotel/resort/villa/ premises will be charged to the client with immediate effect. This include damages found after check out.
Pre-existing medical conditions and medical concerns
The Balanzen Group LLC experience is undertaken at your own risk. Balanzen Group LLC are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. You must make Balanzen Group LLC aware at the time of booking any pre-existing medical conditions, treatments, surgeries that you have had, allergies and intolerances as it may not be possible for you to undertake all of the treatments included in your Balanzen Group experience due to contra-indications. If you are taking medication of any kind or have any reservations about your health and your ability to undertake a rejuvenation, detoxification, yoga, fitness and meditation program then we strongly advise that you consult your doctor before booking. Balanzen Group LLC, its employees, contractors, successors, and assigns do not claim to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Balanzen Group LLC Experiences are designed to support optimal health and balance. You are advised to consult a doctor or healthcare practitioner if you have a medical condition or have any health concern.
By continuing with the booking process, you agree to free and indemnify Balanzen Group LLC, its employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from any liability including but not limited to claims, costs and legal fees that result from any medical issue that arises or worsens prior to, during or after your stay.
